Each DIY Sauna Kit, whether it is a standard design or your custom plan, each piece is hand selected and manufactured for you at the time it is ordered.
Do-It-Yourself Sauna Kits
Our Do-it-yourself Sauna kits will provide you with everything you need to complete an authentic sauna room. Have your sauna kit equipped with a traditional sauna stove or infrared emitters the choice is yours. Every sauna room is unique and so is our kits. No matter what the size or shape bring us your dimensions and we can design a sauna for you, or if you have your own drawings and specifications, we can provide you with everything you need to take your vision from paper to reality.
Whether you are a contractor or a handy person, no matter your level of skill, we are here every step of the way to provide you the best quality materials and service to guide you through construction.
You can add water to our traditional sauna stove so that you can enjoy a wet sauna. By pouring water on the rocks it provides you with steam giving you more humidity in the sauna, our sauna heaters can be used as a wet or dry sauna.
Traditional Premium Kits
- 1” x 4” V-joint T&G, clear select vertical grain kiln dried Western Red Cedar 11/16” thick, pre-sanded.
- Each piece of wood is graded and hand selected for every kit.
- Ceiling max. height of 7’0”. Custom heights available.
- Minimum 250 sq.ft. foiled vapor barrier.
- 2” x 4” clear Western Red Cedar, pre-sanded, two tier straight benches, bracing and bench supports.
- L-Benches on selected models if space available – optional
- Ultimate residential stove with digital electronic control (wattage selected according to sauna size), and stones.
- Insulated or Standard full glass bronze door (24″x71″), roll catch, hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop.

- Cedar slats and bracing for walking area of sauna room.
- Full Length cedar backrest which runs along entire top of bench

- Ceiling max. height of 7’0”
- Minimum 250 sq.ft. foiled vapor barrier.
- 2” x 4” clear Western Red Cedar, pre-sanded, for two level straight benches, bracing and bench supports.
- Special Edition Residential stove, with mechanical controls (wattage selected according to sauna size), and stones.
- Clear cedar for stove guard.
- Insulated door with two bronze tempered glass windows, 6” x 24″ each, roll catch,
- hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop.
- Cedar slats and bracing for walking area of sauna room.
- Galvanized nails and screws.
- Vapour-proof sauna light.
- Cedar louver for vent.
- Panelling may be vertical or horizontal.

Infared Kit

- 2” x 4” clear Western Red Cedar, pre-sanded, for one level straight bench, bracing and bench supports.
- Clear cedar for emitter guards.
- Insulated door or standard full glass bronze door.
- Roll catch, hinges, cedar door handles, cedar casing, cedar frame and cedar door stop.
- Cedar slats and bracing for walking area of sauna room.
- Galvanized nails and screws.
- Vapour-proof sauna light.
- Digital Control – Module and Keypad.
- Infrared Ceramic Emitters with Stainless Steel Housing, Deflector, and Heat Shield (refer to heater brochure).

Our saunas Do NOT have corner moldings, which are used to cover up imperfections, all our cedar panels are custom cut and aligned to match from one wall to the other, all V-joints match up, each individual piece of cedar cut is trimmed for an exact fit.
